At G’day Pets, we want you (and your pets!) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
You received the wrong item.
The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery (for change-of-mind returns, where applicable).
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., pet grooming tools, bedding, feeders) may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once opened.
2. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, Credit/Debit card).
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except when the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
3. Replacements / Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you may choose:
A replacement item (subject to stock availability).
A full refund.
4. Return Shipping
For faulty/damaged/wrong items: We cover the return postage.
For change-of-mind returns: The buyer is responsible for return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service for safe return of items.
5. How to Request a Return
Contact us at sales@gdaypets.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will provide return instructions.
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund or replacement.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer.

7. Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
